Looped products are handcrafted with care and attention to quality.

We provide a 6-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper care
• Water, chemical, or heat damage
• Modifications made by third parties
